Charles Koonce, owner and founder of Koonce Consulting and Testing is an American Indoor Quality Council (AIAQC) Board Awarded-Certified Mold Consultant accredited by the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards(CESB), which requires extensive formal education and a minimum of 8 years on site investigative work in the field of indoor air quality.
Mr. Koonce is also a licensed, bonded and insured State of California Licensed Building Contractor, Demolition Contractor, Asbestos Contractor, Hazardous Substance Contractor and Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC #08-4431), State of Nevada OSHA Licensed Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer and an Asbestos Abatement Monitor (#IJPM1191). He is also certified and registered by the State of California Department of Health Services (CADPH #14733) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Lead Base Paint Inspector/Assessor (#NV-R-14654-1)and certified and registered by the American Association of Radon Scientist and Technologist (AARST) as a Residential Radon Assessor (#104525), a California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) and EPA registered Energy Star Partner.
